Jess graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2016 having spent time training with us in Buckingham. She went on to work in an equine practice in Surrey for 3 years before we welcomed her back in 2019.
Her clinical interests are in sports horse and poor performance medicine where she is able to use her equestrian skills to aid the diagnosis of more complex orthopaedic cases.
She is a keen and successful rider having completed the prestigious Pony Club A Test, won team gold at the AIEC Student Riding World Finals in Florida in 2015, and currently completes regularly in the eventing circuit with her team of horses from youngster to CCI 3* level (You can follow her eventing story on Facebook and Instagram). She also holds the prestigious title of being a BHS Stage 5 Performance Coach in Complete Horsemanship.
While on her vet visits she may be joined by her Wirehaired Vizsla named Thistle.
