We have just received confirmation that we’ve been presented with the RCVS Award for Client Service and have again been graded ‘Outstanding’. This accolade is presented by our governing body the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon to practices achieving the highest standard of veterinary service. We managed to achieve full marks (700 out of 700 points) during the assessment and are one of only 5 equine practices in the UK to hold this honour.
